What is Anti Aging Anyway?

 I've been thinking about what it means to get older, to age and how that's affecting how I see myself.
IF aging is something we can't avoid, why not just embrace it with open arms, with the knowledge that besides the arsenal of creams, lotions and potions there are methods available to us without the  invasive nip/tuck , painful needles, or just "letting yourself go" ?  I have been using my Yamuna face saver just about every night, because lets be honest, I'm vain and don't want to see fine lines around my eyes or marionette folds around my mouth. Seriously, this works.  With a minimum of 10 minutes before bed, I roll away . Its very simple to do  and feels amazing... benefits beyond the vanity are relief of migrane headaches, TMJ issues , tinitus and more. I have also been  doing the Face Yoga Method. No need to be flexible for this type of yoga, Just a few minutes a day of making strange faces in the mirror absolutely works! Strange expressions you might think contribute to saggy skin and equal signs between the eyes, but Its actually the opposite! Yamuna® Foot Fitness 1 Certification. Portland OregonThis is a dynamic 3-day training mastering the Yamuna foot wakers for healthy foot function. This training can be taken separately before YBR Phase 1 and 2.
What you will learn:
  • The theory and philosophy of YFF and why it is important to educate people how to take care of their feet.
  • Experiential anatomy of the muscle chains that insert into and affect the feet.
  • How to problem solve and correct most common foot problems.
  • How to perform and assess foot walking patterns using the “walking test” analysis.
  • YFF foot wakers routines for restoring healthy foot function, flexibility and strength.
  • Mastering hands-on assists for rehabilitating and retraining the feet.
Note:
To become certified in YFF 1 you are required to complete 5 case studies consisting of 3 assessments on each case. An open book written exam is also given. Upon successful completion you are now certified to teach group classes, work privately with clients and purchase foot wakers wholesale. Completion of this course qualifies and prepares you for Yamuna Foot Fitness 2
